When you interact with our firm through MyCase, the following types of information may be collected and stored by MyCase on our behalf:

  1. Personal identifiers such as your name, contact details (including email, phone number, and address), and any other information you provide in your intake forms or case documents.​

  2. Case-related information, including case history, legal documents, appointment details, and billing records.​

  3. Device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser type, device details, log files, cookies, web beacons, the pages you visit within MyCase, and how you interact with those pages.​

Payment and purchase data, including credit or debit card type, expiration date, and card number (except that MyCase does not store your full card number), purchase history, and related data.​

MyCase uses industry-standard encryption and robust security protocols to safeguard your information and ensure that all data is securely stored and protected against unauthorized access.​
